RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return Contact us at support.sleekdynamics@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will provide instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
